Assassin’s Creed Unity gets a two-week delay; it will be available in stores on November 11 (NA) and November 13 (EMEA). Ubisoft feels they’re approaching their aspiring target, but are not quite there yet. The two-week delay may not seem like a lot of time to polish a game notably, but Ubisoft guarantees the minor adjustments they are tweaking will significantly ameliorate the overall experience with Unity.

Senior Producer, Vincent Pontbriand, cogitates over Assassin’s Creed Unity’s next-generation experience, confidently asserting that the development team is thoroughly making use of the PS4’s and Xbox One’s capabilities, as the team hopes to deliver with their much ambitious title.

“We rebuilt most of the systems,” Pontbriand says. “Sometimes to improve the experience. Sometimes to improve the gameplay itself. Sometimes to reskin it, to make it look fresh all over again. Or sometimes because we had to make everything online-compatible.”
