Farewell to the man, Reggie Fils-Aime.

April 15th, 2019 marked the last day as Nintendo of America President for Reggie Fils-Aime. Originally a Pizza Hut executive, Reggie took the stage at Nintendo’s E3 press conference in 2004. Reggie’s Best Moments.

Debuting with the announcement of Nintendo DS, Reggie’s first appearance at a Nintendo event would become the staple of every Nintendo feature at E3. Introducing new systems, games, and guiding Nintendo fans through the Directs, he created a presence of a serious boss with a humorous, fun-loving side.

No matter what the occasion was, Reggie was always there to light up the crowd. His inclusion in Smash-related events prompted people to even ask for him to appear as a playable character. While Nintendo had other plans, they weren’t without answering the demand in the way that captivated the audience.
