With production for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End expected to be completed at the end of the month, and the game set to go gold as well – Uncharted 4 will be getting another delay. This time with a worldwide release of May 10, 2016. In order to meet “the considerable worldwide demand”, Sony is delaying Uncharted 4.  As far as reasons for delays go, that’s a pretty reasonable one. Sorry for those who pre-ordered digitally though, you’re going to have to wait just like everyone else.

In an effort to meet the considerable worldwide demand, and to ensure that all gamers worldwide have the opportunity to play the game on day one, we have chosen to postpone the launch of the game by two weeks to allow for extra manufacturing time. President and CEO of SCEA, Shawn Layden posted on the PlayStation Blog.
