Devil May Cry 5 comes out next month. For those not counting the DmC reboot, we have not seen the true Devil May Cry series is over 11 years. The last title, Devil May Cry 4, came out on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2008. Dante and Nero’s story never continued. Until recently, we have not had any chance to play new Devil May Cry outside of the re-releases of the series, to include the Special Edition of Devil May Cry 4.
A callback to many of our childhood, teenhood, and early adult years, Devil May Cry 5 brings us back to the 2000s. Back when asskicking, high-octane action games were a more popular genre and electronic music with vocals got your blood pumping with a good beat. Whether you’re building up your combo meter or talking trash with the taunt button, Devil May Cry 5’s demo sets you on course to relive that experience once again!
